The Journey Begins 169.6 lbs

Today I registered for a work related Biggest Loser.  I am hoping to update this blog at least once a week with my weigh in numbers and my pictures.  I sure hope by the end of the 12 week event my pictures look better.  Surely, they can’t look worse.  My plan is to eat around 2000 calories a day, cardio 5-6 times a week, and resistance training 3-4 times a week.  So, my first day weigh in is 169.6.  To be honest I have never seen the scales this high.  I am not making any excuses now.  Lets get it done.
