You should smile. š
Your doing great!
Thanks. I might try smiling next time. I am practically naked out here and all you say is smile…hehe.
LOL I was told to smile in my pics too. I guess a smile goes a long way. š

You’re doing great! Keep at it and you’ll be amazed how good it feels. And a smile DOES go a long way. I always get made fun of for my “Big Cheese” grin but I throw it out there anyway. You’r making great progress, you should be proud/ happy!
There is a big difference for only 6 weeks! You are doing great. Nice playroom by the way š
Thanks. Yes, my whole basement has been taken over by my three kids.

thats awsome!! I’m definitely going to use this as motivation! sweet!
hehe…I am not sure if that was a compliment or not…hehe…feel free to use me anyway you want.
LOL nooo it’s a compliment! You look great! and I’m doing a similar workout plan/diet…THATS what i mean by use you for motivation. I took pics at the beginning of my stint….and am currently 11 days into P90X, which i’m also following the diet and, like you, running as well….I didnt mean to offend you!
So far in 11 days I’ve lost about 5 lbs, but I assume this “rapid weight loss” will stop fairly soon and I’ll only lose 1 – 2 lbs a week once my body realizes whats going on! Anyways, you’re did and look great! good for you!
If you dont mind me asking, how tall are you? 138 seems realllllllllly skinny, and you look very muscular!
I wasn’t at all offended. I was just playing with you. I don’t get offended that easy. I am a 5’6″ short guy.
ok good! Ok…well i’m 5’5″ and a half so I better make sure I get myself beneath 138!! š
Wow! Your results look great! Now I’m excited for when I will start seeing results for myself,, Although it would probably help if I started my workout program first..haha š I see it says that this is after the biggest loser competition.. so did you just start insanity after these results or is that what helped you get in better shape?
Thanks! I started Insanity about halfway through my biggest loser competition about. I needed another workout during the day…actually at night with out a gym and after the kids went to bed.
Wow…you lost a lot in a short amount of time…great discipline.
Thanks! It was all about control. I am still trying to control my urges but now it’s kind of hard.
OK, so i’ve been doing p90x for 32 days…I’ve lost about 10 lbs and about 3 inches from my waist and hips…I took my “30 day pictures”….wow I was getting down on myself because i havn’t lost a lb in about 2.5 weeks, but it must be turning to muscle because i can tell a huge difference in the pictures! I’ll share on my blog once I finish (so I’ll have day 1, 30, 60 and 90)…hopefully things keep going the same way! And thanks again because you have largely inspired me!!
You made me blush. Thanks for thinking that I inspired you. I can’t wait to see your pictures.
Great job!
Thanks and thanks for checking out my ramblings

Congratulations on your success! Inspiring! Thanks for stopping by my blog too. Got a “tad bit more” to lose than you but hope to reach success within a foreseeable future too š
Thanks. I am still a work in progress.
While I’ve been puttering along, losing and regaining the same four pounds, you’ve done a fantastic job! I really admire your dedication and perseverance, well done!
Thanks for the kind words.
WOW I haven’t been to your progress page in awhile! You look GREAT!!! Congrats!!! Gosh now if only I could weigh 130lbs…. ha! Nice work!!!
Well, I am not that now. I guess I need to change it. That was my ending weight when I was doing a biggest loser contest. I like food too much to stay at that weight.
Wow!
This is absolutely amazing!! You’re so toned now!! You did this in only 6 Weeks time??! š®
Yes. I was doing a biggest loser thing at work. I hate losing (that doesn’t make since since I was trying to lose) so, I was very strict…I don’t think I cheated any in my food and rarely missed my workouts. Now I am not torturing myself so much and have bulked up (hehe). Thanks for reading.
WOW! It sure looks like your hard work has paid off! That’s so inspiring!!
Thanks…It took a contest at work to get me addicted to a healthier lifestyle. Now I am addicted to working out. I struggle a bit with my food choices (I love food) but, at least now I know right from wrong.
Congrats! You look great! š
Thanks
